These materials are not intended to and shall not constitute an offer to sell real estate or real estate securities. This is an offer for prospective purchasers to enter into a Reservation Agreement. The Reservation Agreement is not binding and can be terminated without cause. It would reserve priority for the prospective purchaser to later purchase a bungalow at Crystal Beach after the sales process is registered with regulators. Any deposit shall be placed in an escrow account and not used unless a sale actually occurs.

Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach Resort reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to the:

(1) Website;

(2) Content; and

(3) the products, services and programs described herein at any time without notice, including after confirming a transaction, but not after a purchase contract is signed.

The images in this document or any attached document are subject to change as the design process moves forward. Some or all images presented are only digital representations and may not represent completed construction.

Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach Resort and the products, services and programs it provides are not owned, developed, managed, or sold by Margaritaville Holdings LLC, or any of its affiliates, including but not limited to Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC (collectively “Margaritaville”).

Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach Resort is the owner of its products, services and programs and solely responsible for developing, managing, selling, and related privacy and data collection practices. Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach Resort is solely responsible for the content of all advertising and marketing materials. However, it may provide some of that content for Margaritaville to include in its emails or other forms of advertising and marketing.
